These photos were taken in Helen, Georgia during the Oktoberfest. I'm not too sure about the photos with the chapter flag though. I believe Bennie and Margie McDonald put on two chapter meetings in Helen and I'm not sure which photo follows which meeting. Bennie or Margie might be able to shed some light on this album.
