Matt took very few photos from the gathering on 31 October 1996 in Panama City, Florida. I don't believe we had a meeting there but instead joined the crowds from other chapters in the Bikini Beach Blast that was put on for a number of years by one of the Florida chapters. I believe Sam Bass belonged to that chapter.
