Fall Chapter Meeting, Cincinnati, Ohio 1996
The 1996 Fall Chapter Meeting Chapter meeting was held in Cincinnati, Ohio. I'm not sure which month it was but Matt snapped a couple of photos of the Oktoberfest so the time frame was probably September or October. The tops of some photos may show the results of being stuck together and the chemicals ran or dissolved with the attached photo. A couple of the photos are also torn where I tried to pry them apart. Even so, you can still recognize the people.
